Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Relations Manager to oversee patient experience and satisfaction at our hospital. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between patients, their families and hospital staff, ensuring exceptional service, resolving concerns and enhancing overall patient satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills to foster a culture of patient-centered care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Patient & Family Relations:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for patients and families regarding concerns, complaints, and feedback.

  • Ensure timely resolution of patient issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

  • Educate patients and families on hospital services, policies, and procedures.

Customer Service & Satisfaction:

  • Implement strategies to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

  • Monitor and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop initiatives to improve customer service standards hospital-wide.

Staff Training & Development:

  • Train hospital staff on effective communication, customer service and patient interaction.

  • Promote a culture of compassion, respect, and responsiveness among all hospital employees.

Hospital Operations & Coordination:

  • Work closely with medical, operations ,administrative, marketing and support staff to improve patient experiences.

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and healthcare standards.

  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to address patient experience goals and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Business Management, Marketing Management or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations, patient experience in healthcare

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.

  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with hospital management systems, CRM software, and patient feedback tools.
