Job Requirement
Qualification: Minimum of BA/MA degree in HRM/ Business/Public Administration/ Management Textile Engineering, chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study.
Work experience: 4/3 years for social and 3/1 years’ experience for Engineering relevant experience respectively
Training /skill: experience in training or instructional design, strong communication skills, understanding of adult learning principles, and proficiency in designing and delivering training programs; often including certifications like Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
Salary: 16,907.00
