Job Requirement

• Qualification: Minimum of BA/BSC, MA/MSC, PhD Degree in, Merchandising, Fashion management, Fashion technology, Fashion design, Garment technology,, or a related field of study

• Work experience:  9/8/2 years relevant work experience for social science or  8/6/2 years for Engineering out of which 5/4/0 or  4/3/0 in managerial position respectively

• Training /skill:  Technical Skills, detail product knowledge, Development and Approval Process, Understanding Production problems and Testing requirements, Organizational Skills, Strong Analytical Skills, Problem-solving Skills, Creative thinking, Capacity to Work Under Pressure, Time and Action Plan preparation skill, Product costing skill, BOM preparation Skill, knowledge of market trends, proficiency in sales and inventory management, excellent communication and collaboration skills,
