Job Requirement

• Qualification:  Minimum of BA/BSC, MA/MSC, Degree in, Merchandising, Fashion management, Fashion technology, Fashion design, Garment technology,, or a related field of study.

• Work experience:  4/3 years for social and 3/1 years’ experience for Engineering relevant experience respectively

• Training /skill:  Technical Skills, detail product knowledge, Development and Approval Process, Understanding Production problems and Testing requirements, Organizational Skills, Strong Analytical Skills, Problem-solving Skills, Creative thinking, Capacity to  Work Under Pressure, Time and Action Plan preparation skill, Product costing skill, BOM preparation Skill, knowledge of market trends, proficiency in sales and inventory management, excellent communication and collaboration skills,
