Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate stock records (raw materials, finished goods, spare parts) using inventory software. - Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and report discrepancies. - Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and proper storage conditions to prevent damage. - Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials/furniture. - Ensure proper labeling, bin organization, and space utilization. - Monitor warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies. - Work with production teams to ensure material availability for manufacturing. - Liaise with procurement to avoid stockouts or overstocking. - Track slow-moving/obsolete stock and recommend disposal strategies. - Prepare daily/weekly stock reports (inventory levels, wastage, turnover rates). - Document damages, losses, and corrective actions taken.

BA Degree or Diploma in Procurement and Supply Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Unload and receive deliveries of raw materials from vehicles as per authorized documents - Check, count , measure and inspect the goods received - Ensure receiving  reports are prepared for the correct items received - Store goods in appropriate section of warehouse as directed.
