Job Description

To design complex projects and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the architectural design of complex projects,

  • Develop and interpret design concepts,

  • Review architectural and engineering drawings, and meet with consultants throughout development process,

  • Supervise the design team, including architects, engineers, and contractors,

  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards,

  • Comply with all applicable building codes and regulations,

  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and requirements,

  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and other architects,

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date architectural records, including construction drawings and specifications,

  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Skills

  • BSc or MSc in Architecture or related field of studies

Experience

  • 5 years for BSc

  • 3 years for MSc.

 Skills:

  • Analytical skills

  • Drawing skills

  • Communication skills,
