iSON Xperiences Ethiopia is seeking to recruit a Human Resource Officer to be based at Addis Ababa. The primary role of this position is to provide HR support services by working closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure timely recruitment, selection and employee onboarding, administration of HRMS, performance management process, employee engagement activities; payroll processing and HR statutory compliance. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures

• Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees

• Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any other related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience: 5 years’ experience in Human Resource, which includes industrial relations.

• Good at preparing and analyzing data.

• Proficient in MS word, Excel and Power point.

Skills:

• Excellent counselling skills.

• Excellent Communication and organization skills.

• Good understanding of Ethiopian labor law.

• Familiar with Performance Management process.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

• Attention to detail.

• Demonstrates a sound work ethic, and is consistent and fair in making decisions.

• Proven Leadership skills.

• Flexible to work a six (6) day week.
