Job Requirement

• 10 to 15 years of overall professional experience, e.g., in administration, operations, development, program management, and other relevant fields, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in risk management & compliance in humanitarian operations and/or field operations/programs management in an international humanitarian organization.

• Experience in an ICRC operation in the field is an asset.

• Experience working in complex/emergency operations is an asset.

• Previous experience in accountability or monitoring and evaluation within humanitarian operations is an asset.

• Strong motivation to work in risk and compliance.

• Education: University degree in Business, Economics, Social Development, Policy, Law, and Administration or other relevant degrees. Certification in risk and compliance management will be a plus.

• Language(s): Fluent command of English (minimum C1 level). Additional language(s) used in ICRC communication (Arabic, French, Spanish or Russian) is desirable.
