We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing our organization’s SharePoint infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with business goals and integrates seamlessly with other enterprise systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-level SharePoint solutions.

• Ensure the SharePoint environment's performance, reliability, and security.

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align SharePoint solutions with organizational goals.

• Design and implement workflows and processes to enhance collaboration and productivity.

• Oversee migration projects to SharePoint online or newer versions as necessary.

• Customize and configure SharePoint systems according to the specific needs of the company.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in SharePoint and related technologies.

• Architect and develop enterprise-level SharePoint solutions by incorporating SPFx, SharePoint Online, and Office 365.

• Analyze complex business requirements to formulate and execute clear, efficient, and forward-thinking SharePoint strategies.

• Enhance SharePoint functionalities with custom SPFx components, ensuring high performance across all platforms.

• Manage the SharePoint environment focusing on scalability, maintainability, and security.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and integrated with other enterprise systems.

• Lead migrations, updates, and project deployments, utilizing SPFx for modern solutions on SharePoint Online.

• Mentor team members on SharePoint best practices and SPFx development techniques.

• Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions to elevate the SharePoint proficiency of internal teams.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience as a SharePoint Architect or similar role.

• Strong background in SharePoint architecture with extensive experience in SPFx, SharePoint Online, and Office 365.

• Experience with SharePoint customization, including web parts, master pages, apps, and workflows using SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.

• Proficiency in PowerShell and understand, .NET, C#, and ASP.NET for backend integration.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.

• Experience with SQL Server and other databases.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a diverse environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Certifications related to SharePoint or Microsoft technologies are highly preferred.

• Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure.

• Knowledge of enterprise content management, document management systems, and collaboration tools.
