Brand Promoters

Based on recent developments and observations by the brand and Trade team, we aim to reassess and expand our pool of Brand Promoters and Contractual Event Facilitators. To achieve this, we will conduct reinterviews for all current brand promoters as well as potential new candidates, ensuring a consistent and high-performing team in alignment with the outlined job descriptions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand at events, retail locations, and other promotional settings, embodying its values and message.

• Actively engage with consumers to build positive relationships and increase brand loyalty.

• Demonstrate and explain products or services, tailoring messages to suit different audiences.

• Proactively generate interest through direct interaction with consumers.

• Address consumer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve minor concerns.

• Distribute promotional materials and samples, ensuring the brand's visibility is maximized.

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the brand's identity.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

• Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is advantageous.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage and persuade diverse audiences.

• Confidence, enthusiasm, and an energetic personality to captivate customer attention.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
