Food and Drinks Director

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications

• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency

• Leadership and team management skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service

• An open, positive and communicative personality

• Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments

• A self- starter and open to learn new ways of working

Job Requirements

• Educational background:  Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Work experience:   5 years and above proven experience in Food and Drinks and kitchen operations management, with a track record of successful leadership

• Certificate/training: Having COC certification is an advantage

• Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English, other languages will be an advantage
