Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities). - Prepare and update shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals. - Provide daily technical support to the site team. - Maintain drawing registers and update any revisions. - Assist in the preparation of project schedules and work programs. - Prepare progress reports, daily/weekly work updates, and issue tracking. - Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures and documentation. - Participate in inspections and coordinate with the QA/QC department. - Attend project meetings and take minutes when required. - Communicate effectively with consultants and client representatives regarding approvals and technical concerns.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years as a project manager in road. Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensuring that each stage of the project is being executed on time and within budget. - Direct and supervise the development of the project. - Selecting and leading the project team. - Ensure compliance with standards set by the organization for program/project management. - Organize logistics and procurement for the project. - Mediate with clients and consultants. - Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers. - Identify and manage risks in order to maximize benefits for all stakeholders of the project. - Will organize, direct, coordinate and motivate the project team members. - Will plan and establish the work breakdown structure and budget in accordance with estimates for cost control. - Will ensure that procurement schedules for both material and subcontractors are planned, scheduled
