Job Description
Customer Interaction: Provide front-line service to customers applying for U.S. passports, answer queries, and guide applicants through the process.
Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately input applicant data into the system, ensuring all required documentation is submitted correctly and securely.
Payment Processing: Manage payments for passport services and handle transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordination with the Embassy system: Work with U.S. Embassy officials and the Ethiopia team to ensure all passport applications are processed and delivered efficiently.
Record Keeping: Maintain proper records of all passport applications, payments, and customer interactions.
Security and Confidentiality: Safeguard applicant data and ensure all sensitive information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with security protocols.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field is a plus
At least 1 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a governmental or embassy-related environment.
Strong communication skills in English and Amharic (knowledge of other local languages is a plus).
