Job Description

Kayu Technologies PLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple technology-driven projects, including NCB & ICB tender search and preparation, fleet management, CCTV & access control, data & network ICT solutions, banking system provision, and HR attendance & payroll system supply and installation.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless project execution, client satisfaction, and business growth.

  • Gross Salary: 50,000 ETB per month + commission (based on agreement)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Tender Management (NCB & ICB)

  • Identify and track National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and International Competitive Bidding (ICB) opportunities.

  • Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals in compliance with tender requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure competitive and high-quality bid submissions.

2. Fleet Management Projects

  • Oversee the deployment and operation of fleet management solutions.

  • Manage resources, project timelines, and ensure smooth implementation.

  • Provide ongoing support and system optimization.

3. CCTV & Access Control Projects

  • Plan and manage the installation of CCTV surveillance and access control systems.

  • Ensure compliance with security standards and customer requirements.

  • Oversee system integration and maintenance.

4. Data, Network, and ICT Projects

  • Lead projects related to ICT infrastructure, networking, and data solutions.

  • Manage system upgrades, cyber security measures, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Ensure smooth implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

5. Banking System Provision Projects

  • Oversee the implementation of banking software solutions and financial technology integrations.

  • Coordinate with financial institutions to ensure seamless deployment.

  • Monitor project risks and provide post-deployment support.

6. HR Attendance & Payroll System Supply and Installation

  • Manage projects related to the installation and integration of HR attendance and payroll systems.

  • Ensure smooth deployment, training, and support for clients.

  • Work with HR teams to customize solutions based on business needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Business Administration, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, banking systems, ICT, or security solutions.

  • Strong understanding of tendering processes (NCB & ICB), fleet management, ICT infrastructure, banking technology, and HR systems.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Trello).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
