Job Description

Overall accountability of process analysis: - delivering shift outputs, maintaining targets and goals, and guiding and assisting the shift team to create and reach the intended production plan with production levels of quality and yield in the most economical and efficient way possible. Analyze the distribution of resources, train team members, and maximize each person's ability to improve the performance of packaging line.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Production process analyst, priorities and coordinate all activities of team workers, to ensure that all products required are produced to target volumes and specifications with best possible efficiencies and optimum KPI’s.

  • Follow up the performance of the production line and the machineries.

  • Assign and direct daily work to team members to ensure production lines are adequately staffed, production schedules and production efficiencies are met or exceeded and in compliance with the union contract.

  • Receiving empty containers from Empty warehouse, handling the movement of bottles and crates inside the bottling hall and attending on the count and transfer of finished products to full goods warehouse upon recording and compiling data.

  • Calculates figures such as required amounts of labor, raw material and maintains inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.

  • Raw material request, job creation and issuing using the company ERP system, Syspro.

  • Receiving/taking out raw/packaging materials (i.e. labels, capsule, cork…etc.) 

  • Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports for raw materials and finished goods.

  • Execute monthly and weekly maintenance activities upon schedule. 

  • To ensure the necessary change overs are made according to planned

  • Record and maintain reports on all activities performed to provide technical information for manufacturing operations.

  • Submit reports to managers in a complete and timely manner.

  • Knowledge of and compliance with all company Policies and Safety Procedures

  • Set as a role model in implementing wearing of uniforms and personal hygiene.

  • Reports to immediate superior and /or to a concerned superior on any deviation pertaining to process and product.

  • Advised and monitored co-workers to follow proper safety procedures.

  • Promoted and practiced high standards of sanitization and food safety procedures.

  • Assist the line manager in the coordination, managing and evaluation of manpower

  • Communicates regularly with line manager and employees, and maintains a sense of organizational cohesiveness

  • Support effective communication of expectations and goals throughout the department that ensures a non – chaotic environment.

  • Promote positive team member relationships and assist in effective conflict management and issue resolution.

  • Executing any additional orders given by the supervising manager

Job Requirements

Education:

  • BA Degree in Management or Statistics or related fields.

Experience:

  • 4 Years of Work Experience in Process Analysis, Identifying and Implementing Process Improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and Improve Product quality within a Manufacturing Environment or in related activities.
