Job Description
Build efficient partner business operation capabilities and utilize the platform centering on partner development, nurturing, incentives, support, and brand improvement.
1. Assist and support partner business development in Ethiopia, including partner registration/certification/marketing/enablement/ordering.
2. Check and manage the internal control of partners' sales, maintain the order of the ecosystem, supervise partners' business, and ensure the compliance of internal and external business operations.
3. Design and implement regional partner conferences and marketing activities of other joint partners.
4. Manage and execute regional partner enablement courses.
5. Manage partner incentives and track partner usage.
6. Track the sales/development progress of partners in Ethiopia and analyze progress risks and current issues.
Job Requirements
Education and Major requirements
Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering/ Communication Engineering/ IT or relevant majors.
Project Experience
At least 1 year working experience in IT or Communications industry
Language Skill
Very fluent in English
Skills or Certificate Requirements
The holders of Huawei HCIX or HCSX certificates are welcomed.
