Job Description
The Executive Assistant is responsible to provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the chief executive officer
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the chief Executives officer ;
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents;
Maintains proper records of incoming and outgoing correspondence and files in appropriate manner to enable easy and quick tracing;
Facilitates meeting schedules and attends meetings on behalf of the Chief executives officer, taking notes and preparing minutes;
Handles customers issue, screens and schedules for appointments and remind the CEO.
Receives incoming communication memos and reviews contents, determines important and distributes to the concerned staff,
Follows up & ensures timely dispatch and receipts of all the company’s correspondences

Performs other related duties as assigned by the CEO;

Salary: Negotiable
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related fields with a minimum of 5 years work experience in the same position.
