Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production ERP Support staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation, administration, and optimization of our ERP system. This role involves data entry, troubleshooting, user support, and ensuring the smooth operation of the ERP system across all departments.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Support to Data Entry & Maintenance:

  • Confirm that Production Operators rightly encode data onto the ERP

  • In case of missing/wrong data entry by operators, accurately input and update data within the ERP system to ensure consistency and reliability.

  • Ensure all data entries are aligned with internal policies and procedures.

  • Will be responsible to work in shift and in all the work centers under industry division (Brew house, Filtration, packaging, and utilities)

  • Organize smooth transitions between shifts, and will be accountable to check that nothing is left that could block the process

User Support:

  • Assist ERP users and provide 1st level technical support.

  • Assist with resolving user issues related to ERP functions and system navigation.

  • Provide guidance to end-users on how to effectively use the ERP system 

  • Escalate ERP issues to relevant support teams (BPO or ERP Support)

System Troubleshooting:

  • Identify, report, and resolve ERP system issues promptly.

  • Work with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve system bugs or malfunctions.

  • Document common issues and their resolutions for future reference

System Updates & Optimization:

  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to ensure ERP system upgrades and patches are implemented smoothly

Report Generation & Analysis:

  • Create and generate reports from the ERP system for Production departments

  • Support business leaders with data analysis and ensure the accuracy of ERP-generated reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  •  Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is preferred.

  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, technical support, or a related role, preferably within an ERP environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
