Manages and supervises workers in the project. They are responsible for ensuring that work is completed on time, safely, and within budget. 

Responsibilities 

• Train and supervise workers, and assign them to their work areas 

• Create schedules, monitor attendance, and allocate responsibilities 

• Ensure that safety precautions and quality standards are met 

• Communicate work instructions and resolve conflicts 

• Manage equipment and materials required for the project  

• Report and arrange schedule for any maintenance issues

• Ensure that manpower and resources are adequate 

Job Requirements

• Qualification: - 12+2 or 12+3 in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanics, Sanitation and other related fields

• Experience: -     Minimum of two years of related experience
