Job Description
The ideal candidate should possess a BA/MA degree in Law, language, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in corporate business management.
Key skills include excellent organizational and time management abilities, proficiency in minute-taking and report writing, strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Amharic, and exposure to an Executive support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools is essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
The candidate should also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
The salary will be determined according to the company’s salary scale.
