Roles, Responsibilities & Requirements
*Position* *Summary* :
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the entire marketing function of Moyee Roasting, Coffee Farms, and Moyee Cafes and other businesses .... This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing digital and traditional marketing efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction, organizing events, and driving brand growth through innovative and data-driven approaches.
1. Strategic Marketing Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Moyee Roasting, Coffee Farms, and Cafés.
- Ensure alignment of marketing activities with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, market gaps, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that aligns with the company’s mission and vision.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
- Lead and execute digital marketing initiatives
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Implement influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and social media advertising strategies.
3. Graphic Design & Content Creation:
- Supervise graphic designers to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent marketing materials.
- Oversee the development of creative content, including blog posts, social media updates, website content, and advertising copy.
- Develop engaging visual and written content that aligns with the brand’s tone and market positioning.
4. Customer Service & Satisfaction:
- Work closely with the customer service team to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Develop customer engagement strategies, loyalty programs, and satisfaction surveys.
- Use customer feedback and insights to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
5. Event Management & Brand Activation:
- Plan and execute participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, bazaars, and industry workshops.
- Organize promotional events, product launches, and company-hosted activations.
- Build partnerships and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and exposure.
6. Traditional & Digital Media Management:
- Develop and manage media strategies for TV, radio, print, and digital advertising.
- Maintain relationships with media outlets and public relations professionals.
- Monitor advertising campaign performance and optimize media spending for maximum ROI.
7. End-to-End Marketing Execution:
- Lead marketing campaigns from planning to execution, tracking performance, and ROI.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, production, and operations teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Prepare periodic marketing reports and analyze trends to make informed business decisions.
8. Budget & Team Leadership:
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize impact while controlling costs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, including social media managers, designers, and content creators.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional development within the team.
*Requirements* & *Qualifications* :
*Education* :
- Bachelor's degree (BA) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA/MA) in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
*Experience* :
- 10 years of work experience for BA holders / 8 years for MA or MBA holders.
- Proven experience in leading marketing teams, preferably in the coffee, FMCG, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and brand management
*Technical* *Skills* :
- Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other content creation tools.
- Experience in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking.
