Reports To: HR Manager

Architect and oversee innovative compensation frameworks and benefits programs that motivate our employees and position our company as a competitive leader across multiple industries.
Strategic Design & Implementation: Craft comprehensive compensation structures that reflect market trends and support our business objectives across Construction, IT, and Real Estate Development.
Data-Driven Analysis: Leverage analytics to benchmark salary trends and evaluate benefits programs, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
Collaborative Policy Management: Partner with finance, senior leadership, and business units to refine policies and maintain agile, future-proof compensation strategies.
Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and drive retention through competitive rewards and benefits.
Competencies and Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of compensation trends and benefits administration.
Ability to integrate complex data into actionable HR strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Requirement: Minimum of 5 years in compensation and benefits management to meet the strategic demands of this critical role.
