Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed.

  • Ensuring accurate stock control and preventing losses.

  • Overseeing stock deliveries and organizing the stockroom.

  • Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

  • Implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures.

  • Handling cash and processing transactions.

  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance.

  • Ensuring the store adheres to health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting & Finance/Financial management or equivalent qualification preferred.

  • In-depth kExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
