Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
Ensuring accurate stock control and preventing losses.
Overseeing stock deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures.
Handling cash and processing transactions.
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance.
Ensuring the store adheres to health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
A bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting & Finance/Financial management or equivalent qualification preferred.
In-depth kExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
