Reports To: HR Manager

General Mission:
Ensure smooth HR operations by providing top-notch administrative support and fostering effective communication across the team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily HR administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, managing employee records, and supporting onboarding processes.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, promoting a positive employee experience.

  • Assist in planning and executing HR events, training sessions, and team-building activities.

  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedural documents.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant certification in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.

Experience Requirement: 

  • Minimum of 3 years in HR coordination or administrative support, reflecting the operational nature of this role.

Competencies and Professional Skills Required:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS platforms.

  • A friendly, approachable demeanor with a commitment to integrity and teamwork.
