General Mission:
Ensure the seamless operation of HR functions across our diverse business units by providing top-notch administrative support and facilitating effective communication between employees and leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Manage daily HR tasks including scheduling, employee record management, and onboarding processes, ensuring that our HR operations support the dynamic needs of our company.

• Employee Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, promoting a positive employee experience and maintaining strong internal communications.

• Event & Training Coordination: Organize HR events, training sessions, and team-building activities that reflect our company’s commitment to growth and innovation.

• Policy Documentation: Maintain and update HR policies and procedural documents to ensure they align with our evolving business landscape.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional yet approachable demeanor.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in human resources or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience Requirement: Minimum of 4 years in HR data analysis or reporting—candidates with up to 5 years of experience are highly preferred.
