Job Description

Smart Betting is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives in the betting industry. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention through multi-channel marketing campaigns, partnerships, and data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing, market research, and brand positioning, along with leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: 

1. Strategy Development: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. 

  • Work closely with senior management to align marketing efforts with company goals and business objectives. 

2. Campaign Management: 

  • Design and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (social media, SEO, PPC), email marketing, affiliate marketing, and offline channels. 

  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform campaign strategies and positioning. 

3. Customer Insights & Targeting: 

  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and needs in the betting space. 

  • Segment customer data to create targeted campaigns that maximize engagement and conversion rates. 

4. Brand Management: 

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and campaigns. 

  • Strengthen the brand’s positioning in the market to build customer loyalty and increase lifetime value. 

5. Partnerships and Sponsorships: 

  • Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, and other strategic partners to drive traffic and revenue. 

  • Explore sponsorship opportunities, such as sports events or teams, to increase brand exposure. 

6. Budget Management: 

  • Oversee the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI. 

  • Track and report on campaign performance to adjust strategies and optimize budget spend. 

7. Compliance and Legal Considerations: 

  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to relevant Betting or National lottery regulations, industry standards, and local laws.

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in managing marketing, preferably within the Betting company, beverage and soft drinks, Event and entertainment sectors. 

  • Digital Marketing: Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing. 

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, measure KPIs, and use insights to improve marketing strategies. 

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Creative Thinking: Ability to develop unique marketing campaigns and promotions that stand out in a competitive market. 

  • Leadership: Experience managing a team of marketing professionals and collaborating across departments
