Shining Stone International Business Plc is private business Company that is engaged in the Construction, Specialized Foundation and Road Marking. Our Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position listed below.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification: - BA Degree /Level IV in Accounting, Supply & Chain Management, Material management and Related Field of study.

Work Experiences: - 2/4 years and above, from these at least 1/2 years in positions.

Technical Competency  

  • Track record in managing business organization preferably in Construction industry

  • Excellent knowledge of Ware House Management 

  • Basic Computer Skills 

  • Inventory Management 

Main Responsibility & Duties 

  • Maintaining and keeping track of receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom

  • Receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies

  • Executing other stock-related duties which may include returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies

  • Examining and reviewing deliveries for discrepancies and damages and reporting to necessary personnel for reimbursements and record keeping

  • Cleaning construction equipment and testing them to ensure functionality

  • Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.

  • Overseeing and/or exercising general control over all the tools and activities of the store

  • Inspecting the construction site and ensuring that all tools and/or equipment are complete and in good shape

  • Answering questions regarding procedures and resolving issues that may arise on receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs, and surplus supply.

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions using inventory management software.

  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.

  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.

  • Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned.
