Job Requirements
7+ years of hands-on experience in legal advisory roles, specifically handling employment law matters (disputes, contracts, compliance) and corporate/business cases (mergers, governance, commercial agreements).
Expertise in navigating cross-border legal frameworks and international regulatory environments.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to drive strategic outcomes.
Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with global stakeholders and provide clear, actionable guidance.
