Master's Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Support the design and implementation of MEL frameworks, plans, and tools aligned with organizational and donor requirements. - Oversee the collection, verification, and entry of monitoring data to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Support project teams in documenting success stories, lessons learned, and best practices.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or Development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Work Location: Oromia Region,Gimbi(With frequent Travel to Boji Dirmeji, Gimbi, Lalo Asabi and Nejo  Woredas( West Wollega Zone) and Remote supervision to Kuyu Woreda (North Shewa Zone), Duties & Responsibilities: - Support the implementation of GBV prevention and response activities. -  Ensure staff capacity in case management, including psychosocial support is up the recommended standard. - Review monthly GBV and Protection data and provide feedback to the project managers.
