Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Disaster Risk Management, Information Technology, Project Management, GIS, Statistics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Overall project management of the Emergency Operation Centre of ERCS both at ERCS HQ and Amhara Region in close coordination and collaboration with, DPR/DRR, ICT services, GIS Coordinator and M&E Unit of ERCS. - Overall responsible for proper management of the HF radio system including installation and maintenance with ICT staffs of ERCS. - Improve the information and project management practices of ERCS by providing timely and quality information on projects implementation status to the management of ERCS.

Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship, Global Development, Education, Public Policy or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 6 years of exceptional leadership experience, building and leading entrepreneurship and innovation interventions/programs. Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and execution of evidence-based interventions and partnerships that that will advance Health Entrepreneurship to enable young people (particularly young women) to find dignified and fulfilling work. - Ensure alignment of programs in Health Entrepreneurship with roadmaps and strategies across the Foundation and global and national priorities. - Work with platform and country teams to ensure connectedness, complementarity and synergy. - Work with external agencies at global and continental level, local partners, academia and where appropriate the private sector, to identify scalable opportunities, leverage expertise and enhance thought leadership.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study or Completion of Secondary (High School) Education with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilites: - Undertake field support activities in an assigned area or areas, such as at an airport, transit center, third-party facility, camp-based operation or sub-office, or in relation to transportation. - Maintain and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all relevant paperwork in line with standards of conduct and data protection rules. Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study or Completion of Secondary (High School) Education with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilites: - Undertake field activities in an assigned area or areas, such as at an airport, transit center, third-party facility, camp-based operation or sub-office, or in relation to transportation. As required, monitor and guide teams of Operations Clerks and Operations Assistants in completing field support activities. - Provide assistance at transit centers and third-party facilities for extended periods of up to 12 hours and during overnight periods and weekends, ensuring the needs of individuals are met throughout their stay. Communicate promptly with third-party facility representatives and/or supervisors if issues arise.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Humanitarian Assistance, Economics, Business Administration Management, International Development, Project Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and execution of the Multipurpose Cash Assistance (MPC) project, ensuring alignment with humanitarian principles and guidelines. - Represent ZOA in Cash Working Group (CWG) meetings and humanitarian coordination forums. - In collaboration and coordination with MEAL, develop and implement monitoring tools to track program performance and impact. - Oversee project budget management, ensuring all expenditures align with donor regulations. - Provide training and technical support to project staff, partners, and community workers.
