On behalf of our clients, Al-sam Properties, we are looking for a competent candidate for the Real Estate Sales Manager open position.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and maximize revenue.

Client Relations: Oversee high-value client negotiations and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.

Training & Development: Organize training programs to enhance team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, engineering, and finance teams to streamline processes and ensure seamless transactions.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (real estate industry preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Proven ability to lead teams, drive results.

Strong understanding of real estate laws, market dynamics, and CRM tools.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
