Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • As a TPM Coordinator, the position holder will organize, support, and execute Total Productive Management (TPM) activities in the brewery, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. And also, will work closely with all teams to drive operational efficiency, safety culture, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

TPM Implementation & Coordination

  • Execute and support TPM pillar activities, 5S implementation, and a high-performance culture across the brewery.

  • Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are applied in all operational areas.

  • Conduct TPM audits, identify performance gaps, and develop action plans.

  • Communicate the value of TPM to all brewery staff through visual management and newsletters.

  • Support, coach, and train teams, pillars, and brewery staff on TPM tools and methodologies.

Continuous Improvement & Problem-Solving

  • Identify operational inefficiencies using TPM tools and implement countermeasures.

  • Drive Kaizen and Lean initiatives to optimize productivity.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze and solve performance issues.

  • Support brewery management in executing Safety Pillars and compliance programs.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and report brewery KPI performance related to TPM implementation.

  • Conduct regular audits and ensure TPM execution aligns with United Beverages standards.

  • Stay up to date with regional TPM advancements and integrate the best practices.

General Responsibilities

  • Ensure TPM implementation aligns with UB standards and generates savings.

  • Organize and manage KPI meetings, staying updated on regional TPM developments.

  • Undertake additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to improve efficiency and safety.

  • Stay updated on best TPM practices and introduce innovations to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience and Key Skills 

  • A BSc degree in Industrial Management, Process Engineering, or other engineering-related fields.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in related areas.

  • Knowledge and experience of improvement activities, TPM methodologies, and Lean and continuous management is a plus.
