Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Inspector to ensure the quality and compliance of mechanical systems and components in our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, experience in inspection, and proficiency in relevant software tools.
Conduct detailed mechanical inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
Assess and verify materials, equipment, and installation processes in accordance with regulations and industry best practices.
Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain and prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
Utilize AutoCAD and MS Project to review and document mechanical drawings and schedules.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and quality assurance procedures.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
4+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in mechanical inspection. Valid Engineering License (P.E or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and inspection techniques.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with engineering documentation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
