Job Description

Deluxe properties are engaged in the Real Estate Business. Our Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position Deputy General Manager (Operation Manager). 

Main Responsibility & Duties 

  • Property Management Oversight: Supervise property management teams, ensuring they effectively maintain and manage properties, including lease negotiations, maintenance, and tenant relations.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational efficiencies and best practices to streamline processes, reduce operational costs, and improve overall portfolio performance.

  • Compliance and Regulation: Stay current with federal real estate laws and regulations. Ensure properties comply with all legal requirements, including safety, zoning, and environmental regulations.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on property performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data analysis to make informed decisions and drive strategic planning.

  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for real estate properties and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability.

  • Prepare plans and work schedules for market research activities and implements same or coordinates their implementation when approved.

  • Identifies, analyzes and exploits marketing opportunities to fulfill the company’s mission and objectives.

  • Clients are satisfied, conflicts are minimized and managed, information is available and communication between Company and Customers is properly maintained.

  • Responsible for making sure that relationship are managed appropriately with clients, among the Customer.  

  • To ensure the promotion and maintenance of good image of the Firm, achievement of mission and healthy working environment.

  • Lead Agent with prioritizing, strategizing and keeping focused on key tasks and projects.

  •  Lead Agent to maintain an organizational system to keep office space clean, tidy and organized.

Basic Salary and Benefits: Very Attractive + Vehicle+ Commission

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • Educational Qualification: - MSC/BSC Degree in Civil Engineering, COTM, Marketing Management, Business Management and Other Related Field of study.

  • Work Experiences: - 8/12 years and above, from these at least 5 years in Real Estate leadership and management positions.

Technical Competency  

  • Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Excellent knowledge of strategic analysis and planning
