HST is looking for experienced and highly skilled ERP Consultants to join our team in transforming the finance function of clients. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of ERP system (preferably Odoo ERP system ) and strong expertise in understanding client business processes. This role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements, configure ERP applications, and ensure the system is optimized to meet the business needs of our clients. The ERP Consultant will also provide training, troubleshooting if there are any issues, and ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

Minimum Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Information Systems, Management Information System, Computer Science, Management or related fields.

• ERP Training and proven 2+ years of experience in ERP.

• Hands-on experience with ERP modules such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, etc.

• Knowledge of business processes and how ERP can be applied to improve them.

• Prior experience in managing and implementing ERP projects from analysis to full implementation.

Required Job Related Skills

• Strong understanding of business operations and processes.

• Familiarity with ERP modules and configuration options.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and teams.

• Ability to provide clear documentation and user training

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
