Job Description
The purpose of this role is to organize, coordinate, support, and control activities related to transformational projects from initiation to implementation in the Bank. The role requires planning, overseeing, and coordinating different initiatives or projects of the Bank from ideation through to completion by ensuring that all Bank’s projects are completed on time and within budget, that the project’s objectives are met, desired results are achieved and the most efficient resources are used
Qualification & Experience
BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related discipline plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant Banking experience of which three 3 years in a supervisory position.
Place of work: Addis Ababa (V. No HO/01864/25)
Term of Employment: Permanent
