Deputy finances Manager Serves as key enforcer in day-to-day finance function. This position has a crucial role in company Finance department and ranked among executive management team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
General accounting – Month end Journals
Debtors Reconciliations
Provisions and Accruals
Monthly SAP TB Reconciliation.
Monthly Primavera TB Reconciliations.
Primavera & SAP TB Monthly reconciliations.
Tax Filing- monthly
Internal and External audit Preparations .
Monthly compliance Reporting
RSA admin
General Office Admin Work
Payroll Journals and Reconciliation Monthly
Weekly, Daily , monthly, and Annual reporting to Head office
TMS reporting & Bank reconciliations in both SAP and Primavera.
GRC tool reporting
IFRS and GAAP reporting knowledge.
Salary: - 1000.00 USD
Required: - 01(One)
Place of Work: - Addis Ababa
Job Requirement
Qualification:- MA or BA in Accounting, from reputable University
Experience: - At least 3 years as Managerial role
Other Requirements
Exceptional writing and spoken English
Able to work overtime and under pressure. Including Weekends
Good Excel Skills
ERP systems knowledge – Good Primavera experience is advantageous.
