Experience
5-10 years and above professional experience HR management and related field
Language Requirement:
Fluent in Speaking, reading and writing Amharic,
English and Afan Oromo is preferable
HR Manager Requirements:
Experience in human resources management or related field.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Experience in educating and coaching staff.
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
Ability to give presentations.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Required to have strong proficiency in generic IT tools (Excel, Word, Power Point) as well as relevant HR Management Systems.
