On behalf of our client, a reputable company engaged in Import/Export, Manufacturing, and Retail, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reports, providing strategic advice on investment opportunities, ensuring the company's financial stability, and leading the finance department to achieve its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate financial reports and interpret financial information for senior management to aid in decision-making.

• Advise on investment activities and recommend strategies to optimize returns on investments.

• Maintain the financial health of the company by monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.

• Analyze costs, pricing, sales results, and overall company performance against business plans to ensure alignment with financial goals.

• Develop trends, forecasts, and projections to assess the company’s financial standing and plan for future growth.

• Conduct detailed reviews of financial processes to identify cost-reduction opportunities and implement necessary changes.

• Oversee the operations of the finance department, set goals, and ensure that objectives are met in a timely and effective manner.

• Manage the preparation of the company’s annual budget, ensuring proper allocation of resources.

• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls.

• Liaise with other departments to align financial strategies with overall company plans and future growth paths.

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience, including a minimum of 3 years at a managerial level.

• A Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related fields, OR a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking, and Finance, or related fields with 7 years of experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.

• Extensive understanding of financial trends and market patterns.

• Strong proficiency in finance software and tools.

• Solid knowledge of financial statistics, accounting principles, and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).

• Familiarity with statutory legislation and regulations in finance.

• Certified in the adoption and implementation of IFRS is an asset.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail, even under pressure.

• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate employees in financial processes.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong negotiation and networking abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other departments to align on company plans and future paths.
