Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and performance issues.
Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Lead and promote employee development programs to enhance skills and career progression.
Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and analysis for senior management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role in the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Proven ability to drive organizational change and foster employee engagement.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
