Job Description

A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and sales. The role involves using data driven strategies to enhance online presence, measure performance, and improve ROI for digital marketing efforts. A Digital Marketing Specialist must have expertise in multiple digital marketing tools, SEO, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, and web analytics. Key Responsibilities: 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email, etc.). 

  • Develop targeted strategies based on audience segmentation and business goals. 

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): 

  • Perform keyword research and on-page SEO optimization to improve organic search rankings. 

  • Develop content strategies aligned with SEO best practices. 

  • Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics or other tools, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Social Media Management: 

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms. 

  • Monitor social media performance and optimize strategies to increase engagement and followers. Paid Advertising (PPC):

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. 

  • Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA) and adjust campaigns to improve ROI. 

  • Perform A/B testing to optimize ad performance and landing pages. Content Marketing: 

  • Develop and curate high-quality content (blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, etc.) to drive traffic and engagement. 

  • Collaborate with other teams (design, sales, product) to produce compelling content. 

  • Implement content distribution strategies for maximum reach.

Email Marketing: 

  • Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers. 

  • Create email lists and segmentation strategies. 

  • Track email performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and refine strategies based on analytics. 

Analytics and Reporting: 

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, or HubSpot to track website and campaign performance. o Provide monthly and ad-hoc performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Measure and report on KPIs (leads, conversions, traffic, etc.) and ROI from digital marketing initiatives. Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives and sales goals. 

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure campaigns are visually appealing and technically optimized.

  • Communicate campaign results to stakeholders and recommend strategies for improvement.

Job Requirements

Job Qualification

  • Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.

  • Work Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing or a similar role. 

  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant marketing tools is a plus.

  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics) 

  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and ad management tools (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads). 

  • Experience with email marketing platforms o Knowledge of content management systems 

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly. 

  • Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques. Creative and Communication Skills: 

  • Strong writing skills for crafting engaging content and ad copy.

  • Ability to create visually appealing graphics using design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
