Dugda Construction PLC is BC/SC-1 Construction Company that is engaged in the buildingConstruction, Specialized Foundation & Supplier of Ready Mix Concrete Our Company is Seeking eligible and Qualified applicants for the position listed above.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Coordination: Drive the company vehicle to potential customers spot and generate lead on established routes. 

• Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers during vists answer questions, promote products, and maintain a professional and courteous attitude.

• Sales Assistance: Assist the sales team by identifying potential sales opportunities while on route, promoting products, and providing customer feedback to improve sales strategies.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the company vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any issues or required repairs to management.

• Market Knowledge: Stay informed on local market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to help identify opportunities for new business.

• Sales/Visit CRM Documentation: Keep accurate records of Project visits and customer feedback. Provide regular reports to the Sales supervisor

• Promotional Support: Support marketing efforts by helping set up product displays and promotional materials at sales points, trade shows, or other events.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations, company policies, and local traffic laws while driving.

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

• Degree/TVET or equivalent 

Work Experience:

•  Experience in sales or promotional activities 

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Proven experience in a driving role, with a strong understanding of route planning and safe driving practices.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of customers.

• Experience in sales or promotional activities is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in field sales or as a driver in a customer-facing role.

• Knowledge of CRM systems or sales tracking tools.
