Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Social Studies, Peace and Security, Development Studies, Rural Development and Local Studies (RLDS) pr in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilties: - The Project Coordinator will contribute to the development and implementation of the entire activities under the M&M-Cross border Resilience Project in close cooperation with local partners, in particular pertinent government offices and cross border peace committees.  - Promote localized and inclusive approaches to advance context-focused rapid response initiatives to address negative impacts of climate change, conflict driven calamities and administrative disagreements.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Require Gender: Female Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide direct support and care for adult survivors of GBV and age-appropriate specialized support and care for adolescent, and girl child survivors of GBV, including counselling and case management. - Follow GBV guiding principles of respect, confidentiality, and safety/security and non- discrimination while providing services. - Provide/facilitate GBV trainings for all relevant community actors, including; psychosocial First Aid Volunteers, Community Health Volunteers, women groups, other informal and formal community structures, and any other identified groups on GBV topics, including but not limited to: GBV basic concepts &referral pathways, guiding principles, sexual exploitation and abuse.

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Women's/Gender Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in providing GBV response and case management services preferably in humanitarian or Development contexts. Work Experience’s in NGOs will be preferred. Required Gender: Female Duties & Responsibilites: - Ensure projects under coordination are implemented within time frame and quality through providing technical support and regularly follow up of Case workers. - Assist the Protection Coordinator development of annual and quarter operational plans with quality for project under coordination, timely submit to the respective Coordinator. - In collaboration with Protection Coordinator and Psychosocial and GBV case management expert /GBV case workers timely follow and implement project mid and end term evaluations to be conducted by government signatories.
