Ashewa.com is a leading E-commerce marketplace dedicated to connecting customers with a diverse range of products while empowering sellers with a platform to reach a global audience. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Vendor Onboarding Supervisor to lead and oversee the vendor acquisition and onboarding process. This role involves managing a team, developing efficient onboarding strategies, and ensuring seamless integration of new vendors into our platform.
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the vendor onboarding team, ensuring performance targets and onboarding goals are met.
Strategic Vendor Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to identify, approach, and onboard high-potential vendors across various categories.
Process Optimization: Streamline the onboarding process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to the vendor onboarding team, ensuring consistency in communication and execution.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze onboarding metrics, ensuring vendors are successfully onboarded and set up for success.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new vendors, addressing their concerns and ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and sales, to align vendor onboarding efforts with business objectives.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance vendor acquisition strategies.
Sales & Revenue Contribution: Ensure vendors understand Ashewa.com’s value proposition, pricing structure, and selling benefits, driving revenue growth.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on vendor acquisition progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, vendor onboarding, or a supervisory role within an e-commerce environment.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience in an e-commerce or marketplace platform is a plus.
