In doing so, our company is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling and reporting on information from various sources, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely content. You will be involved in producing news reports, staying up-to-date on current and international affairs, and contributing to the success of our media. A strong voice and reading skills for news presentation are essential, along with a background in digital media and production.

Reports to: Senior Program Coordinator/ Operations Manager

Duties and Responsibilites:

• Compile, research, and report on various pieces of information from credible sources to produce engaging and informative content.

• Stay informed and updated on national and international current affairs to ensure content is relevant and timely.

• Deliver clear and concise news reports with a good voice and professional reading skills.

• Work collaboratively with the editorial team to create scripts, write news segments, and ensure content aligns with our standards.

• Oversee content distribution for YouTube and other digital platforms, ensuring optimal presentation and engagement.

• Maintain awareness of audience interests and adapt content strategies accordingly.

• Assist in the production process and provide editorial support as needed.

• Additional duties may include basic editing tasks or collaborating on multimedia projects.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study

• Experience: 2 - 4 years of Previous experience working with YouTube channels or in digital media production.

• Strong voice and reading skills for delivering news reports in a clear, engaging manner.

• A deep understanding and awareness of current events, both locally and internationally.

• Excellent research, writing, and content organization skills.

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments and manage multiple projects.

• Passionate about news and media production.
