Bachelor's Degree in Community Development, Social Work, Sociology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Facilitate community mobilization sessions together with the community-based organization, local authority, community-based committee and the project coordinator. - Promote community based social integration for the OVC to ensure that children are protected and cared by their community - Record the family data such as Core assessment and FDP in the PDB2 and review and update periodically.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Community Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Contribute to the carrying out of formative research, baseline assessments, and community mapping, including the development of evaluation protocols, tools, training, data collection. - Lead training of community volunteers and other relevant community partners, and ongoing capacity strengthening through mentoring and supportive supervision and encourage the development of peer networks and learning opportunities, including through review meetings. - In cooperation with the advocacy and education team, ensure community-based and social accountability initiatives are linked with policy influencing

MA or BA Degree in Sociology, Gender, Social Works, Law, Psychology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the three cluster officers (Apiculture Development; Enterprise Development, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officers) and the cluster accountant to support and follow up the Woreda program officers as well as other stakeholders in their effort to properly implement the MaYEA program with the required quality and magnitude in their jurisdiction. - Ensures quality of program delivery and efficacy of the program resources allocated for gender, youth, and safeguarding activities and establish and maintains closer working relationships with relevant program stakeholders at the regional, zonal, cluster and Woreda level with regard to the gender, youth, and safeguarding component.
