Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Public Health, Gender Studies, Project Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years broad experience in project management in development and humanitarian settings under INGO environment. 

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Social Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duty Station: Surma Woreda, West Omo Zone Duties and Responsibilities: - Under the overall guidance and supervision of the Zonal Project Coordinator, the Woreda Coordinator works closely with the district health office and is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating program activities in the district, including health education, awareness-raising, surveillance, rumor investigation, case containment, training, documenting and reporting activities, and delivering program results.  - Collects, updates, analyzes, and maintains information required to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate program activities and conduct risk assessment and analysis to identify villages and kebeles at risk of receiving imported cases and intensifies surveillance and awareness raising activities. 

Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Land Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2Yrs & Above Experience in Extensive Involvement in right of Way related tasks or Social Impact Assessments, Monitoring and Evaluation or Preparation of Social Impact Mitigation Plans or Experience in Livelihood Restoration Activities.   

BA Degree in social sciences, Political Sciences or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct EORE training in the target areas in consultation with the Operations manager and trainers. - Provide technical support to the EORE trainers for effective implementation of training. - Keep the training records, prepare timely reports and share with the project coordinator and Operations manager.

BA Degree in social sciences, Political Sciences or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsiblities: - Conduct EORE in the target areas in consultation with the EORE team leader - Keep the training records, prepare timely reports and share with EORE team leader - Capture success stories of the project activities implementation and share along with the reports to the team leader - Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders

TVET Level 4 or Diploma in Political Sciences, International Public Law, Anthropology, Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Representing MSF externally together with the Project Coordinator (PC) or alone (when delegated) and negotiating on behalf of the project coordination in close cooperation with the PC and based on beforehand agreed messaging. Assisting in safeguarding and promoting MSF’s image externally -  Monitoring, analysing and reporting on key issues (security, risk, etc.) to the Project Coordinator and providing contextual information, through a sound knowledge of counterparts, parties, actors, authorities and military groups, in different administrations/parties and governorates/districts in order to improve understanding and decision making processes. Maintaining the security database and providing a biweekly context analysis based on recent incidents and developments
