Job Description
Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Finance And Admin Manager on behalf of a Private Company.
Is responsible for both financial operations and administrative functions within an organization. This role ensures financial stability, regulatory compliance, and efficient office management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop financial plans, monitor budgets, and analyze financial trends.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and management reports.
Monitor income and expenses, and ensure sufficient liquidity.
Ensure adherence to tax laws, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
Oversee salary processing, deductions, and employee benefits administration.
Implement strategies to reduce expenses and improve financial efficiency.
Supervise office procedures, records management, and procurement.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workplace policies.
Negotiate and oversee supplier contracts and service agreements.
Ensure smooth operation of IT systems, office maintenance, and security.
Ensure legal and corporate policies are followed.
Job Requirements
BA in Accounting and Finance and related fields.
10 years direct experience as finance and admin manager.
Strong financial acumen (accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis)
Leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of financial software (SAP, Peachtree accounting, IFRS)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Understanding of tax laws and corporate compliance.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
