Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Supporting our agents/sub-dealers/retailers to achieve sales goal both in overall and especially smart models within the channel policies and rules of our company, doing some promotion activities for our channels;

  1.  Collecting the purchase/sales/inventory data from our agents/sub-dealers, collecting the products/price data for both our company and our rivals in the market, doing some basic sales/market analysis;

  2.  Collecting the needs/supports/complaints from our agents/sub-dealers/retailers, settling the problems for them, maintaining a good relationship with different hierarchies of channels;

  3.  Developing new downstream channels for upstream channels to achieve bigger brand coverage for our company;

  4. Execute the channel policies in the market, including price protection, price monitoring, customer management, bug-sell monitoring, wholesales standards;

  5. Attending some cross-team cooperative activities organized by the managers within/beyond the sales/marketing department.

  6. Develop and implement channel strategies to achieve sales targets and market share goals. 

  7. Identify and assess potential distribution channels. 

  8. Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with channel partners (distributors, resellers, etc.). 

  9. Provide support and training to partners to enhance their performance. 

  10. Monitor and analyze partner performance to ensure alignment with company goals. 

  11. Drive sales growth and profitability through effective channel management. 

  12. Set and track channel sales targets. 

  13. Identify and develop new sales opportunities through various distribution channels. 

  14. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats. 

  15. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends. 

  16. Communicate effectively with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) and external partners. 

  17. Collaborate with partners to develop and implement joint initiatives. 

  18. May involve managing channel marketing activities, developing promotional programs, and conducting market research. 

  19. May also be responsible for forecasting sales and managing budgets. 

 Job Requirements

  • BA degree or MA in marketing Business Administration or related field or above education; At least 3-8 years staff management, preferably with marketing and selling environment and the mobile phone industry is Advantageous;

  • Good at Microsoft office software and data analysis.

  • The strong execution, responsive, good communication, love sales work;

  • Conform to the related regulations of the company.

  • Can work under the pressure

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the company standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. 

  • Having a good sense of selling and serving;

  • Being talkative & taking initiatives;

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Excellent staff training and motivation skills

  • Excellent planning, organizational and leadership skills 

  • Understanding of marketing principles and trends. 

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
