Job Description
The Administrative Support plays a vital role in supporting daily operations within the company. This position involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Collaborate with government offices, banks, and clients to facilitate office operations and projects.
Manage office supplies, including registration of equipment and stock level maintenance.
Track petty cash and ensure accurate documentation of daily transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment, overseeing refreshments and equipment functionality.
Prepare and process monthly office expenses, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate records of all financial activities.
Conduct banking activities such as deposits and withdrawals, ensuring proper documentation.
Issue receipts for payments and manage financial documentation as required.
Assist Project works with different administrative and accounting tasks.
Education: BA in Management, Marketing, Law, or related Social Fields
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, word and PowerPoint usage ) and accounting software.
Strong understanding of office administration and accounting principles.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial record maintenance.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively across departments.
