Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming attitude

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Management, secretarial and office management or related field.

  • 1- 2 years proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
