Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse on behalf of our client to provide care for an elderly woman in her home. The ideal candidate will have:
At least one year of experience in nursing or caregiving
Ability to provide excellent care and support
Attention to an elderly person’s needs
Salary: Attractive, based on experience
Hours: Flexible work hours
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance
Administer prescribed medications and ensure health needs are met
Monitor and record vital signs and overall health condition
Assist with mobility and exercises to maintain physical health
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
Communicate regularly with family members about the patient’s condition
Ensure timely follow-up and appointments with medical providers
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care or nursing
Valid nursing certification or relevant medical training
Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented approach to care
Strong communication skills
Physically capable of assisting with mobility and personal care tasks
Trustworthy, reliable, and have a strong sense of responsibility
